Supported Living

Care Staff Services provides accommodation, support and respite services in a warm and homely environment. We deliver services designed to improve the outcomes for adults whose lives have been affected by Mental Health Disorders or Learning Disabilities.

Why we are different:

We are regulated by CQC which means we can support our supported living service users with regulated services of personal care. Most supported living services are not regulated by CQC therefore they need another provider to come in for personal care services.

We offer gender specific homes which means that each home has only female or male service users. Apart form this we also have homes that cater to respect and support the cultural and religious backgrounds and needs of the service users living in these facilities. In such homes we take a lot of time to make sure we only use staff that can understand the culture of an service user and can help them in their daily routines but supporting them with their daily prayers, helping to integrate in the community by assisting them to the mosque or temple and helping them with their diets and supporting in cooking traditional foods.

We offer a full list of activities for our service users, these activities can help them learn further skills learn to be more independant and help them to integrate in the community.
