Care Staff Services is a Care Provider that offers services of Dom Care, Live in Care and Supported Living Services. We are based in Slough but provide service to the surrounding areas listed below. We have built a reputation on strong values of integrity, respect dignity and quality. We are a trusted and well-respected care service providing safe and reliable support. Our focus is to provide quality care, promote well being and support to independent living within the community.
We are a fully regulated service by the Care Quality Commission and are currently awarded the rating of GOOD however we are continuously aiming to make improvements to achieve Outstanding at our next inspection. To be fully regulated means that we will manage your care from start to finish and work with you and your family to tailor a care plan to your needs and preferences. As we are regulated it means we also have the responsibility of compliance to rules and regulations and therefore peace of mind that we are doing everything we can within a stringent process that we follow which includes our strict recruitment policy.
We are also an A rated company that is registered with Immigration which means we are able to improve and increase our staffing levels from a pool of skilled workers anywhere in the world.
